Shipping policy

                                                  SHIPPING POLICY
We want you to have the best experience possible and enjoy shopping with us. For most orders, please allow up to 20 business days for delivery but below outlines further specifics surrounding shipping time frames for different parts of USA. We use this time frame as a precaution to ensure your order delivers in time, but in most cases orders arrive before the maximum time frame.
If you have any questions, issues or need assistance with tracking your order please 'Contact Us' via email at info@krumpetzboutique.com. We will respond within 24 hours to your email. Tracking information is available within 4-5 business days from the day we sent you the tracking code.

Due to COVID-19 estimated delivery time is: 7-14 business days via UPS or USPS  

 

Returns/Exchange:

If an item is to be returned and or exchanged, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and items must be unused and in it’s original packaging and condition.

ALL packaging and tags must still be attached to items to be eligible for an exchange.

*Please note all sale / clearance & custom products are not eligible for a return or exchange.*

Please email us at info@krumpetzboutique.com advising that you would like to return an item; noting your order number and reason for returning the item/s in the email. We will provide you with our return address.

Cancellation of Orders

Krumpetz Boutique reserves the right to cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will notify you should this occur.

 Shipping costs are non­refundable and return shipping is not covered

Krumpetz Boutique is not responsible for the loss of your items. We strongly advice having a tracking service for your parcel back to us.
